We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders to all the countries we serve. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping costs.

Due to high demand and our direct-from-supplier shipping model, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery to European countries. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey and see its current status.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you experience an issue, please send an email to info@charaxo.com with a photo of the damage, and we will guide you through the next steps for a replacement.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@charaxo.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped from our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel it.

To ensure you get the best possible prices, our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses.

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Often, there is some processing time before a refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@charaxo.com.
